1. Processing Time: All orders (except apparel) are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase. Processing times may be extended during promotional periods and holidays.

 

2. Shipping Methods: We currently offer standard shipping via with USPS.

 

3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the shipping destination. Free shipping may be available for orders that meet certain purchase thresholds.

 

4. Shipping Locations: We ship within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

 

5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

 

6. Delivery Time: Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier delays.

 

7. Shipping Address: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Axxis Beauty will not be held liable for any delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
